BPA Live books tours or some of the worlds most accomplished singer-songwriters and original bands, with a roster that includes: Tom Russell, John Power, Ian McLagan & the Bump Band, Chip Taylor, Eve Selis, Jason Ringenberg, Elizabeth Cook, Ezio, Deadstring Brothers, Blue Rodeo, Martin Stephenson, Ramblin' Jack Elliott, Eileen Rose and The Redlands Palomino Company.

The bespoke agency was formed by Bob Paterson on the 1st July 2005. Previously an agent for the now defunct agency division of East Central One, Bob has been involved in the roots music field as agent, promoter, radio presenter and dj since 1995.

Bob continues to work with East Central One on live music promotions and in recent years they've been promoting Glenn Tilbrook, Hugh Cornwell, Martin Carthy, Show of Hands, Martyn Joseph, Al Stewart and Midge Ure - amongst others. They've recently promoted Jacqui McShee's Pentangle, Ralph McTell, Martin Carthy with Dave Swarbrick, Vin Garbutt and John Renbourn with Robin Williamson at The Fisher Theatre in Bungay (Suffolk) as Movers and Shakers promotions. They have also promoted Ian Hunter in Ipswich in February, Oysterband acoustic in Bury St Edmunds in March; and the cricket commentator (and bon viveur) Henry Blofeld in Norwich in April. They've already confirmed Show of Hands, Dr Feelgood, Martin Simpson, Ralph McTell and Martin Carthy at various venues in the region for later in the year. Full details and more acts click here.

Bob is also very proud to announce that his radio show has a new home. BP:FM can now be found on Americana UK (www.americana-uk.com). With help of Mark Whitfield and Stu Olds he will now be broadcasting a fortnightly 80-minute radio show, recorded in his 'Heath Robinson' styled home recording studio. He hopes this new home will attract new listeners and that you enjoy the tunes he has chosen to play. There is just so much great new music out there (there is always such great music out there) and there aren't many places where you can hear it. He got the radio bug back in 1991 when he first broadcast on Livewire 945AM (the University of East Anglia campus radio station). He loves broadcasting and sharing good tunes with everyone.
